1. Using the app
Occasions Press lets you create personalized newspaper-style front pages for personal and non-commercial use. You are responsible for the information, photos and edits you choose to include.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the names, details, memories, notes and photos you provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process that content in the app and through our Worker/Kimi text-generation flow so your newspaper can be created.
3. AI-generated text
Headlines, articles, fake ads, historical sections and horoscope text may be generated by AI from your prompt details. AI output can be wrong, awkward or inappropriate. You must review and edit the newspaper before exporting, printing or sharing it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, dox, exploit or mislead real people. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use. Do not create illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent or otherwise harmful content.
5. Pricing and exports
You can create and preview a newspaper before paying. A final completed export costs €0.99 per edition. Platform taxes, currency conversion or store fees may vary depending on your location and the payment platform. If the pricing model changes, the app listing and these terms will be updated.
6. No account or hosted archive today
The current app does not provide user accounts, cloud storage, hosted public editions, shipping or print fulfillment. If those features are added later, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated.
7. Our intellectual property
The Occasions Press name, app design, templates, code, icons and brand assets belong to us or our licensors. You may use the finished newspaper you create for personal sharing and gifting, but you may not copy or resell the app, templates or brand system.
8. Reporting content
If generated content is offensive, harmful, misleading or otherwise problematic, please report it using AI Content Reporting. Include enough detail for us to understand what happened, but do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Disclaimers
Occasions Press creates playful, personalized, newspaper-style parody content. It is not real journalism, not legal advice, and not a factual record of a person's life. The app is provided as is, subject to consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
